Sticky Carpet Gin first launched back in 2019 to celebrate the Espy’s re-opening. Since then, both the Four Pillars team and the Espy’s bar team have received countless requests to bring it back. And now, the time has finally come! Made with Little Creatures Pale Ale and hops, the gin is beautifully balanced, with a dense canvas of resiny juniper and deep brown spice notes. There’s a chewy, malty hops character that hangs on from the macadamia nut and overall, it’s a touch fruity with a bright citrus note.
