We haven’t forgotten the foodies, throughout the summer season you can choose from a curated menu of all things Mexico inspired – think Natural Oysters with Tequila, Fingerlime & Saltbush, Hiramasa Kingfish Aguachile, Roasted corn with ricotta salata, garlic & paprika & woodfired roasted split King Prawns with Ancho.
