Take your Easter feasting to the next level at the Espy Kitchen. Executive Chef Ash Hicks has put together an intimate seafood-driven feasting menu, just for Good Friday. Expect freshly-shucked oysters, Hiramasa kingfish, Port Philip calamari and more. Open for dinner Thursday to Sunday, and lunch Friday to Sunday.
After an Easter banquet with a little more spice? Chef Chan will be cooking up an epic banquet menu for the seafood lovers on Good Friday. Think XO prawn san choi bao, spanner crab and pork wontons, whole crispy Port Phillip snapper with Westlake sauce. If seafood’s not your thing, our full a la carte menu will be running. Join us any day of the long weekend – we’re open for lunch and dinner from Thursday to Sunday.
